TRAINING
NOTICING COORDINATOR
Location: Croydon
Job Purpose:
To achieve the department objectives in line with the corporate strategy and vision for which the job holder is directly responsible and continuously improves performance. To be based at Croydon Depot and to work with the Programme manager, Schedulers and Civils Managers. The role involves the ability to translate data onto Symology, use insight, monitor and maintain the records for maintenance activities. Produce notices for reactive maintenance works and scheme works.
Principal Accountabilities / Objectives:
Advance notice for all schemes 2012-13
Daily communication with the clients Noticing Department.
Manage Streetworks process in conjunction with Managers, supervisors and planning manager.
Contract Supervisors to confirm exact location of each job.
Follow Works and schemes through the Eaton 5/Insight process
All Reactive works and schemes need to be initially put on the forward programme notice and then transfer to 3 monthly notice.
Submit 10 day notices, ‘in progress’ reports, commencement and completion notices
To be able to feed back noticing progress of a job to Agents and other parties.
Produce weekly and monthly reports detailing status of notices.
To keep to a minimum all Streetwork complaints and if any do arrive monitor and either pass to Contracts Manager / construction Manager or deal with directly.
Additional requirements identified by the civils manager.
Job Content / Main Tasks:
Submission of notices.
Management and ownership of notices from start to finish.
Production of appropriate reports
Key Performance Indicators
Number of Streetwork Complaints measured monthly by streetworks team
Weekly and monthly reports given to Supervisors and managers.
% of reactive and civils jobs noticed measured monthly.
