H2O Water Services has been providing customer facing services to the water utilities since the early nineties. It has grown significantly as a business to a turnover of £60m p.a., competing with more established businesses by providing niche services to clients and demonstrating considerable flexibility, responsiveness and innovation in what we deliver.

Our highly qualified people operate across the UK to provide water network services including new installations of mains and maintenance, services and repairs on a 24/7 basis, leakage detection and meter services including installation, exchange and meter reading. Through robust processes, sophisticated work management systems and highly trained and accredited customer care staff we ensure we deliver exemplary service mapped to our clients specific requirements.

Our Work Management system, JTE, incorporates state of the art software for meter and connection activities including full mobile working, provision of digital images from site on a real time basis, bar code scanning of meter serial numbers and the capture of GPS locations in addition to work flow maximisation tools to increase efficiency.
